Returns & Refunds Policy – Kalare Clothing

At Kalare Clothing, every piece is thoughtfully made with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we currently do not offer returns or monetary refunds on any sold products.
Once an order is placed and delivered, all sales are final.


Size Exchanges

We understand that getting the perfect fit is important. That’s why we offer size exchanges only under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Timeframe

You must raise a size exchange request within 5 days of the delivery date.
Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from stains, damage, or alterations

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Items that fail to meet these conditions will not qualify for an exchange.


Custom Orders (No Exchange / No Return)

Please note that custom-sized and made-to-measure orders are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Since these garments are specially crafted based on your personal measurements, they cannot be resold, and hence are considered final sale.
